Our goal is for all of our employees to return to their families as fit and healthy as when they arrived at work. All MaconPower employees attend weekly safety meetings, and continuously seek ways to make the workplace safer. Even our bi-annual and annual appraisals have built-in factors revolving around an individual's safety record and their value-added safety input. As stated in our Safety Manual, violating Safety Rules is grounds for dismissal.Prior to starting a project, all "lead" or "key" people sit down with a "Loss Prevention Administrator," to review the job from a safety standpoint. The "loss prevention administration" has no other interest in the job except safety. By reviewing this aspect of the project prior to commencing work, we are able to make safety part of the overall job plan. "
